Mubarak the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces enacted a decree assigning Marshal Magdy
Hatatta as Head of the Arab Organization for Manufacturing. Mubarak also awarded Marshal
Hatatta the Award of the Republic of first order as he ended his term of services for the
Armed Forces.

decree promoting Chief of Staff Major General Hamdy Waheeba the Head of Presidential Guard
